Default Welp its been fun......

The whole boosted scion thing has been fun, and as much as I love driving the car its time to move on. The reason or motive for this simply stems down to the clutch's that have been through my car. As a matter of fact its been 4 of them. All competition clutches, 3 stage 4's and 1 stage 2. All blown up. All pieces of total crap. In the process of them blowing up, something happened that wore out my thrust bearings so the car apparently has massive crank walk. So now in order to keep the car from popping rear main seals out (flywheel is comming into contact with rear main) Im having to remove the supercharger in-order to try to keep the crankcase pressure down.

This sucks, but it is what it is. I just hope other people can see that competition clutches, scion clutches are garbage. The time frame for these clutches is probably 15-16k miles between all of them.

wow, that sucks dude...but uhm...why did you keep going back to competition clutch? i woulda tried someting different after the first one blew, i'm amazed you got a 3rd after the second went.

so what are you going to move on to? new car wise? are you still gonna sell your supercharger rebuild kits?

Yea, def. stop whining We bought this engine for less than the cost of an ACT clutch lol. 06, 20k miles, and it came with injectors, fuel rail, coilpacks, all sensors.

Thats what happens to blocks that sit unused, just needs a little cleanup and it'll look good as new.

Dropping this one in, and doing some work on the one we pull out, slowly but surely.

Ehh these things happen. My buddy blew his block a couple days ago by running a t3/t4 on stock injectors with no tune.....at 16psi -.- All because he didnt listen to me when I told him he needs bigger injectors and a tune. Now he wants his tc to have 1500 tq, and an 8 speed transmission -.- so that way he can go faster than my Prelude project lol
