isn't really a HUGE difference. looking at that test, the only thing that really matters is filtration, that is all that really matters.

and while i'm here, why not look at an AEM dry flow filter. anyway.

yeah i know theres no real huge difference, just trying to get opinions.

i just found out there is no way to clean the apexi except compressed air so i guess after its too dirty u just throw it away and but a new one... damn that can get expensive at 60 bucks a pop, and im gonna assume the aem is the same huh?

im kinda thinkin bout a k&n, what do u guys think bout something like this...

http://store.summitracing.com/partde...rt=knn-rr-3001

ive had really good luck with k&n in all my cars, and it is washable so i wouldnt need to buy replacements, and i think the filter on the end would help flow a bit...

lol i think im way over thinking this huh? lol

Mike,

I'll sell you the K&N it fits the intake. Its the same one that K&N puts on the typhoon intake! $30bucks plus shipping!

I like the AEM dry flow filters. Washable, but you don't use any oil after washing (hence the term dry filter).

Have to be careful about oiling filters, like the K&N. Too much, and you can coat the MAF sensor since it's close to the filter..
