what should my a/f ratio be?
i think my s/c'd tc is running rich(even for forced induction).
i went to the dyno yesterday and they also gave me an a'f ratio print out(so this isnt based off a cheap a'f gauge). my a'f reads like this: 2500rpm(14.0:1), 3000rpm(12.9:1) ill skip some here.........5500rpm(11:1)6000rpm(10:1) and 6600rpm(rev limiter) i was @ 12:1 now i think thats pretty rich (not to mention im getting carbon build up on muffler tip) but can anyone tell me what the a/f shoulf be with a s/c'd motor??
thanks

11.1 isnt bad for FI. 10.1 should be like spitting gas out the back haha. How are you tuning it? What kind or power are you making during those rpm's? Did the power drop off up top?

i dont think a factory tuned car should be showing signs of running too rich this soon(hell my turbo civic that i "street" tuned has way less carbon showing after 2 years then a brand new car after 8mo.(2 weeks f/i).......not to mention my turbo build/tune was no where near $3500
