Default Will this setup work

Currently I run a zpi stage 1 with full zpi exhaust and s pipe.
I hate the look of the zpi axleback. I want to change it to the megan oe rs axleback (looks like the trd), this will attract less attention from the police. it is a 2.25 exhaust
Now the dilemma is it will not perform like my zpi axleback. I was contemplating doing the exhaust cut out. Now if i tune my car with the exhaust cutout, and use the 2.5 s pipe to 2.5 midpipe to 2.25 muffler for daily driving, how rich would that put my car?
Would it put it rich enough to a point where its damaging my car or will it be slightly rich and tolerable for daily driving? I really want an exhaust that is not going to get me pulled over just because of the looks of it, but i am not seeing any 2.5 mufflers (besides the dezod but thats 630 bucks as a kit). Can i get some opinions on this issue?

I wouldnt do a boost cut out. He say he doesnt want cops on him about his exhaust. That will open anytime he hits boost.

On my brother car he runs 11.4 wot with the cutout closed and 11.4 wot with it open. NO need for tuning ours. Unless you plan on running it on the downpipe or something then it shouldnt effect anything since all the o2 sensors are before the cutout.
