zpi 16g turbo manifold.....need help
btw i do it all the time exp on oil catch cans...the body with be mild steel but the top and bottom are stainless. the reason i do it is you normally dont see the body very well so i just paint them and the top ill polish up

Brock i would cut you a deal however you would have to pay for the fittings cause i dont get anydeals on them. fittings alone for the catch can shown cost between $80-$90 (mr. gasket shadow -6AN fittings). you can find cheaper or use brass fittings if you would like. I tape all holes out to 1/8th npt.
question im running a zpi kit how much power r u making on 17 psi i havent gonna that high yet im just on 8 the most i have ran is 13. i havent had an problem with my manifold other than it keep blowing wastegate gasket.
at 17 psi iam making pretty close to 300 horsepower at the wheels.. i havent gotten the car dynoed sense the increase of boost but at 12 i was running 248 hwp and 239 torque. its gotta be pretty close. ill keep you guys updated on the manifold. and if i get the car dynoed at 17 ill let you know what iam making at the wheels
question i have been hanging out with a lot of DSM guys and they r saying when im ready for more power i can change my 16g turbo that came with the zpi and built on an 18g or 20g has any1 with a zpi kit tried this?
