I'm confuse.... I believe that some FWD can't beat AWD if they mod it correctly. Also ZPI top secret turbo is coming out soon and this will beat Turbonetics turbo?

 

The turbo is not Top secret. It's an available upgrade for our Stage 1 kit.

A turbo wont kill your engine. Personally, I dont think this is an arguement that can be had really. Both turbo's are tried and tested and people have had equally positive/negative results from each. Its more personal perspective, IMO

 

I know, the only STI has ever been around is probably on a video game, lol!

The only reason I made that post was because was because you are going around bashing on STi's because you beat one. I've seen Caviliers beat STi's, its not a big deal to be faster than somebody. I really don't think the tC is junk, I know Toyota makes good stuff, I was just proving my point, that it is ignorant to bash on cars like that. So the tC might be a good car but it isn't anywhere near STi class.

 

Our videos are all in good fun. Too many people take them far too seriously.

Yes the tC beat an STi. Do we think we're faster than every STi? No. Do we hate subies? No.. We have a 05 STi and a 03 WRX as project vehicles.

As for SRT's.. they really are junk. I'M KIDDING! (in for 5 more pags of flames from SRT owners...)

 

no one bashed an STI, we just said we beat a one, and a fast one at that. Unless you can prove me wrong... Most the bashing has been against the tC, and most the time we tC owners have just been defending ourselves.

Most of us on here love cars, period.

Most of us on here know what a car can and cannot do.

Most of us on here take pride in the car we chose to own and modify, which we should.

I have beaten all kinds of cars in autocrosses, sometimes due to the driver, sometimes due to the car, sometimes due to the tires, in my ex turbo Matrix and will beat a ton more in my soon turbo tC but not all of them and not going to be a national champion either but building it to that caliber, just not the right car to do it with. BUT, it will suprise alot of fast cars when we get it dialed in

Any car can be fast with the right mods in the right situation. One single aspect of driving is hardly grounds to think we are saying the tC is a better car than an STI, of course it is not, just able to take advantage of better power to weight ratio in the right situation, simple as that

^Well said. The STI is superior to a tc in many ways. This particular tc just happens to be quicker on top end.
