Angry 06 tC A/C not working?

I've done some research on the blower motor resistor and it SOUNDS like this is what's gone out in my tC but I am not positive so I figured I would ask you guys. The car is my moms and she called me the other day saying that the A/C was acting up so I came home to check it out. When I drove it at first it was acting fine, but as soon as I took a turn it shut off and it was just seeping out when I turned recycle off even when I had it on full blast.

A few days ago I was driving it and right when I got in the car, it wasn't coming out at all. But as I drove it, it started turning on but definitely wasn't blowing as hard as it was supposed to. When it does come out it's still nice and cold but you could even hear the fan kind of go in and out like it was trying to catch up to speed that it was supposed to be at.

Now it won't work at all. We live in Georgia and it being in the middle of summer and we always have a large humidity index, I would like it to work for her. I drive a pile of ____ 240sx and I don't have A/C right now and I know how much it sucks and I'm kinda ____ed that this is a pretty new car and ____ is already going out in it. I know Toyota is notorious for having ____ty electrical stuff.

If it DOES sound like the blower motor resistor, where EXACTLY is it located? I heard it's under the glove box but where? I've never worked on these cars so I need to know if I have to take off the glove box and what not. Also, is there a way to check it? Should I test it with a volt meter? Just help me out lol, I would like to fix this for her ASAP. If you have photos of where it's located also, LMK.

Prechatecha!!!

sounds like either the blower motor resistor or the actual electrical connector is either failing intermittently or has a bad connection. i would check those items first. the blower unit is behind the glove box. just take off the glove box to get to it.

could be the resister or the blower motor itself. one way to check is to remove the panel under the glove box. you will see the blower assembly big black circle with a 2 wire connector and what looks like a rubber drain hose. Disconnect the 2 wire connector and check the connector for voltage when the fan is on. the voltage should change when you select higher speeds for the fan. if you have no voltage then the resister is possible bad. if you have voltage at the connector then the blower motor is going bad.
