I have the swix, it works good I just have a problem when it goes below 30 F

I have it. Under 30° and above 30° no issues here. Was working fine at 0° as well. Just gotta make sure you position the eye well, or else it doesn't work with the door closed.

Mine has the plug that plugs into the back of th deck.

Im guessing you are not using the pac universal.

but thanks for the replies, i will sure get the PAC in the near future.

my eye is hanging over the top right corner of the HU. Only place I could get it to work with the door open and closed.

i never thought of putting the eye inside. but thats some thinking right there.

That's the main problem I have with the SWI-X. The line-of-sight for the eye seems to be a problem with the door closed.

is the SWI-X compatible with Jensen brand ? i cant find anything on jensen compatibility
