2007 tC USB in Center Armrest

I'm a little confused...one of the members of the Island Scion Car Club has the same year as me, 2007. But, I have an AUX input in my arm rest and he has a USB input in the arm rest. Can anyone clarify this for me? I've searched the ICE & Interior forum and Google. Haven't found anything.

There was no TRD version. If the car came with the premium audio, you got the iPod connection instead of AUX.
