Actually I had to mount my amp upside down cus the ground wont reach the other side if I put it right side up

Could I ground it under the rear seats somewhere? I sure would like to flip my amp over..... would look much cleaner too

Actually, would the bolt holding down the rear seatbelts work as a ground? I can't get the thing off yet to try, need a socket wrench ;P Knuckles all torn up trying to loosen it with an adjustable wrench haha Either the seat belt holding bolt, or the one that holds the rear seat belt fasteners..... let me know if those will work Thanks!

I highly reconmmend grounding where the grounding points all come to a bracket which is on the left rear passenger seats beneath the panel... But anyhow as long as you scrape paint its all good...

If you remove the panel in the back (where the rear passengers sit and also its the panel that covers the speaker, and it also contrains the cup holders) on the left side you will find a bracket that contains several grounding wires grouped together. Just remove the bolt and place your grounding wire there. I was going to do mines where the taillights are but it looked kinda non-professional IMO.

Also before removing the panel that covers the speaker and contrains the rear passenger cupholders, you may have to remove the bench which isn't hard. Just lift up I believe. Then remove the grocery bag hangers and pull the panel away. You will find the bracket.

thats why I did.. I used pliers and wrapped it around a towel then twisted and pulled. Just look to make sure the tabs come out.

Cool. Just let me know man if your stuck. At first I had my ground where the taillight cover is.. but it looked tacky IMO. So I remvoed the panel and found that bracket. Just made a little hole for the cable. The ground cable is nicely hid on the side of the passenger bench. Can't even see it.

I hate the grocery hooks.

I've done it at least 7 times and it's still the one thing that takes me forever...but I think the insides of mine are a little messed up since I can spin them in the holes

haha ouch

I got mine to turn sideways after pushing the bottom tab in, but it still doesn't want to come out. Looks like I will have to attempt the towel method and rip it out ;P
