Another LED issue...

I was soldering new LED's into the cluster and everything works except for the gauges themselves... None of the lights come on. I'm assuming they are all on the same circuit, I checked and double checked and built up the solder on th LEDS and I can not get them to turn on.. any ideas?

the dimmer was off... haha. I resoldered them 3 times.
