Default AVIC D3 and optional factory subwoofer on an '07

hey guys... i searched around but was not able to find a definite answer to the question i have.

i recently bought a D3, and i had the optional factory sub put in when i got my car.

what i want to know is, can i get my factory sub to work with my D3? i tried the antenna control to power instead of tuner, didnt work.

i tried changing all of the settings regarding the subwoofer and the other sound quality settings, to no avail.

i'm at the point of nit-picking about things that are in my car... if they dont function they dont belong. and if they CAN function, they will. any help is greatly appreciated.

I recently bought a D3 as well. The guy at best buy told me that if I had that if I had the sub, then the D3 would need a different harness than the regular one. Apparently there are like 3 different ones.
