So I know that the Avic-D3 can be wired to use the stock steering wheel controls (with an added part) has anyone done this? Do they work?

i got the same HU. the adapter for it is... alright. they work fine n you can program them to what you want. only thing tho with mine is that they have a bit of "delay" i guess you can say. basically when you hit it you might hit again cuz it seems to go into a sleep mode if you don't use it. btw you can get it from TRC for like 50 bucks.
