Default AVIC-N2 / amp help reinstall after flex cable upgrade

I need help fixing my audio. I have a Pioneer AVIC-N2 in my tC that just got mailed back to me after Pioneer fixed it (for the flex cable recall that was going on).

I had no problems taking the radio out of my dash in order to ship it to Pioneer -- there were only three things that needed to be unplugged. BUT, now that I have it back in, I have no sound output. I really have no knowledge when it comes to audio stuff, and wiring, but I'm thinking it is something with my amp not getting any power (the little green light doesn't come on.....) but again, I'm not positive that that is the problem. I checked the two fuses on the amp and they look fine.

Any suggestions on what the problem could be? help! (oh, and thank you!!!!)
