I'm looking to change out all my stock speakers once I get my tC (on order, 1-5 days)...what do you guys suggest I get. I have about $1,000 to spend on speakers and amps...thanks again to the scion community for you input.

 

Also, would it be better if I get a new H/U? I don't want to, but if it comes down to it I will. And if I don't get the h/u will it sound the same if I purchased a good amp and run the amps for the speakers?

 

i some focal components. they sounds really good. i got them hooked up to a 4-channel eclipse amp. and if u upgrade you h/u, your speakers will sound 10 times better.

 

get an LC8 from audio control and get some diamond audio hex speakers w/ a nice amp to run them

 

my friend keep telling me to get Infinity Kappa. I know they are good. Are there any better one avilable for the price of Kappa?

 

i have the MB Quart Qsd216 components and JL 300/2 amp, these speaker sounds really good. speakers/amp cost a little under 1000$ =)

im planning on getting eDi 6500s components :D. heard them in my friends car and sounds great. pircey though..
