Default bit by the LED bug

Well I have been hooked by the LED bug. I ordered 3x9.5'' 2x4.7'',and 2x1.2'' of the flex LED from oznium.com the 9.5's will be grille lights, the 4.7's are lighting for over the pedals and in the same place on the passenger side, and the 1.2's for the back seat.

I am excited... I will post pictures once I get them installed

I know what you mean about the bug and being hooked. I just started out hooking up 2 leds in the cup holders, then got a little crazy. Got cold cathodes under the seats, leds in the air vents, leds in the overhead light, and next they're going in the doors, now I want to change the leds in the console. (But I'm not that advanced to do that)

Trickin it out is fun! Tricks are for kids......and paying adults.

And Oznium is a great and cheap place for my fixes.

I'm a tard when it comes to anything electrical so no bug, but the circuits and electrical basics class that I have to take in the fall might change things....

Well, believe me I was a tard as well starting out. I thought Ohm was a chant for relaxation, amp was an energy drink, and current is strong water . (just kidding)

It's super easy to remove the parts of the cars, it's like a big lego set. Most things snap together. And wiring LEDs, you don't even really have to worry about amp draw, or current flow. It's hard to screw up, just make sure you buy the pre-wired LEDs. All you do is splice wire, and use wire nuts (or elect tape).

Also, there's a lot of DIY guides on the message boards here with lots of purdy pictures. But really, it ain't that difficult. It gets fun and addicting once you install your first light. Even a noob like me can do it.

Yeah I hear that alot I don't mind taking panels off and wiring it's just messing with the fuse box and stuff gets me a little iffy.
