Default Bolts are stuck help!!!

I was recently cited for my AW header and Injen air intake. So i figured i would go ahead and take the parts off b4 my court date. Well got the intake off no problem took like 15 minutes. However the header is proving to be more of a problem. The two bolts with the dampper springs that connect the down pipe to the s-pipe are screwed up. One of them just keeps spinning and the other one just will not move. I tried
WD-40 i tried an impact gun dont know what to do any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you have the tools to do it, or you need one Sears sells a bolt removal kit. Taps into the bolt and you can remove it that way.

get a cheater bar that will extend the ratchet by a couple more feet. That will give you the leverage to get the stuck one out. As for the one that keeps spinning, is the Nut moving with it? Make it a 2 person job and have someone else keep the nut in place while you twist the bolt out
WD40 works its wonders over time. So spray, watch a TV show, spray some more, etc. etc.

yeah try a nice and long breaker bar. when you put extentions on an impact gun you lose alot of its impact to the bolt. Also use PB Blaster instead of wd40. pb will have no probs loosening that. Also another thing you could do is use an oxy/acteleyne torch on the nut and the bolt wilt loosen very effortlessly.
