Default Carbon Fiber Goodies for the Interior Idea Thread!

So I have been pondering what would be sick on the tC's interior if it was carbon fiber..

Here are some idea's that I would love to see come into production:

-Carbon Fiber Roof Liner
-Carbon Fiber Dash Replacement, Whole Dash
-Carbon Fiber Paneling, Mid & Rear Sections
-Carbon Fiber Center Console
-Carbon Fiber Center Console Top w/ Functional Compartment

I wont name them all.. I wanna keep some for myself.. but what else do you guys/gals think would be nice for the interior?

I saw that thread, and actually already asked them about making custom interior peices.. but they said they could, but with all the new stuff they have coming out, they wouldn't know how long it would take..

I am just trying to get some other ideas from you guys, what you would like to see in Carbon Fiber.

I know me personally.. my whole car is going to be almost all carbon fiber once I'm done with it.. I love the BSP and the CF look

well, depending on how much you really do with the carbon fiber, its good for some go as well. Being that its generally lighter than plastic and seriously lighter and stronger than steel.

Also remember that if you replace alot of the cushioned interior parts with CF, they won't be as soft anymore in case of an accident. ;)

That is what a custom roll cage and knowing how to drive and avoid stuff pans in

I plan on having the whole back of my tC gutted, re-carpeted, CF'd, and setup for racing.. weight reduction can make you look good if you do it right.

I'd definitly say there's a line between tasteful cosmetics and what I'd consider 'carbon-fibukkake'

The door panels, guage cluster piece, center console...would look pretty good. Maybe even the side panels in the rear.

But the roof liner, imo, would look like ___ ><

Tell me about it. I don't have any CF parts for my tC other than the engine cover.

But here's my paintball marker:

I'd love to see a full CF dash kit, one that goes all the way down to the cupholders.

And just for fun:

Back cap for the center mirror
Passenger and Driver mirror assembly--the painted piece snaps easily on and off
Tonneau Cover, if possible
Trim piece for Sunroof control / maplights
Rear dome light cover

And if CF pieces are already being produced for the front fabric inserts, why not the back as well? I guess they're still getting around to it.

i prefer more useful CF pieces than just for looks and minor weight loss. Say CF doors, that CF hatch (which I would buy if it werent for turbo), and the CF roof (which mine will be three piece and functional when I get time to make it). The whole dash would be nice to have though.

I've seen a xB with a CF roof and headliner. I think it looks muy sexy.
