Default Center console LCD help!

So I'm desoldering my center console pcb for an lcd swap and I can't get the lcd fully desoldered. It looks like there is solder on both the front and back pof the pcb. I've desoldered the back btut how do I desolder the front?

im pretty sure there is no solder in the front, just keep soldering the solder in the back. They will come loose, just make sure you get ALL the solder out

use sucker and wick.

make sure all pins loose before attempting to remove it. it should just fall out freely.

Solder flows to the hottest point. When you suck or wick the solder from the back, it pulls the solder all the way through. When you are done sucking and/or wicking, you should see an empty hole where the solder was.
