Default Changing Light Color on Dash?

I was wondering in the Center of the Dash under where the A/C Controls and all
are the little cubby hole, is there a way to change the color of the bulb there?

Yes, there is a bulb there. Should be a #74
You can find an LED bulb on eBay or some auto part stores.

I got a white one on mines.

Yea everyone talk about how small the leds are and thats its hard, but ive been soldering for over 20yrs and solder to much smaller thing.

But i would say the cluster is pretty easy to do.
Go on ebay and buy a used one. Take it apart and desolder and resolder new leds. If it works swa out for yours. If not then no damage to your car just money lost.

This is mines

So I just need to replace the 4 LEDs on the temperature dial?

I'm just a little confused because everything I see shows the part as this, I don't see where those LEDs are.

you have to remove all that and get to the board. Leds are soldered to the board and are pretty small.

And i remember now. It was
1 blue
1 white
1 orange
1 red led for the fade.

thanks so much. I was able to take a look at mine and I should only need to replace one of the amber LED to white, unless I should change it to Orange…

anyway did you modify any of the surrounding black plastic for the fade?
