Default clock is dimmed

I remember about a post about the led swap and the leds behind the clock is dimmed and that there is a thread that tells u how to fix it but i cant find it and i decided to fix it but i cant find the thread

Thats the one Actually, the whole HVAC will be dim without it.

well actually everything else is bright its just the clock thats dimmed i heard its like i haveto switch a resistor and that should fix it and i dunno which 1

Did you do part of the mod already? If not, the buttons are not as dim as the gauges once you put the cover back on.

well i sent my gauages like last year to the guy named cleancustoms or something and im just not gettin to the clock fix so i didnt do the mod myself but i would like to just get the clock back to the same brightness as the other leds ill take a picture of it if i can get a camera

with my latest mod, you have to replace the resistors on the othre branches as well (not just the clock). You can do the old mod (cutting a trace, adding two resistors) on just the clock, but I can garauntee the buttons are not lighting up properly with blue or white leds if the rest is not modded correctly. If the buttons are as bright as the gauges without the mod, then he used extremely dim leds on your gauges.
