Bing did an awesome job, and I'd suggest you model your install (especially the components) like he did.

the 680's will be more expensive. probably around 400.
it takes about 3-4 hrs and at 70 bucks an hour its around 300. plus deadening add another hour or so plus the cost of deadening so you're at almost a grand. but thats for a good shop. if its a cheap place you'll pay cheaper but you'll get a cheaper install.
