so after having my d3 for a lil over 2 years; started up the car this morning and got an error of 'please insert' appropriate disc. did this and no dice; checked avic411 and no one has a fix; this happen to anyone on here? if so were you able to resolve? cuz i'm about to scrap it and get a new headunit rather than pay pioneer 200$+ to refurbish mine.
