Is DEADENING worth it?
some peeps said that i should buy deadening but i wanna ask you guys if it REALLY worth it? does it greatly reduce the road noise if applied it everywhere?
any comments is welcome on this topic

It depends on the individual, and there's a slight downside, due to increasing the weight of the vehicle, especially worth considering if it's added everywhere and in multiple layers.
If you're really interested in sound quality, especially if you're considering SQ competition, then yes, it's definitely worthwhile.
Many people wind up adding at least a little in certain areas (such as the doors), not necessarily to reduce road noise, but to damp vibrating panels.
In the event you want it for the sole purpose of reducing road noise, then an all-over application would be best (gut the car and do ALL the panels), and you have to be very thorough. Even a small pinhole can let in a LOT of noise, through an otherwise adequately damped panel.

Deadening the tC is a night + day difference. Gut the interior. Use your knuckles to knock on all the panels to find out which ones need the most damping. We did the floor, doors, rear 1/4 panels, trunk area, etc.
This is a good read:

i'm in the middle of deadening my car while im on spring break this week. so far-
2 layers on the hatch floor/rear part of the back wheel wells.
3 layers on the rear quarter panels (those panels are flimsy!)
2 layers on the hatch lid in the areas that i could reach.
tommorow i do the floor and the doors.

The glue used on these products is designed and optimized for the automotive environment, (heat, cold, moisture, etc.) and hold up over the lifespan of the car. Have you ever tried pulling it off?!? Needless to say, it's a b!tch.
Doing the door panels is a major improvement...they vibrate a LOT!
