Dealership XM antenna
The antenna sticks to the windshield with double sided foam tape. It might peel off with some effort. Maybe try a hairdryer to heat it up and peel it off.
The Sirius kit uses the same antenna. Here's the installation instructions for it (you'll be doing the reverse).

Tools Needed; Hands, Hobby Knife/Box Cutter, Goo Gone, and a Microfiber cloth.
With one hand, try and get under the antenna and pull it away from the window. Grab the hobby knife with the free hand and start cutting away the adhesive from where you are pulling. Should come off easily. Use the Goo Gone to take off the left over adhesive on the window. After all that's completed, go over it with a window cleaner of your choice and she should look as good as new!
