Ok so one of my LED's for my license plate went out. I pulled one from my domelight assembly to substitute until new ones came in the mail. They came in the mail and I fit em in. The socket for the one on the right came undone so I had to pull out the entire assembly and fasten it into the assembly. I noticed before I pulled the entire assembly, none of the lights worked, left LED, right LED AND the middle one that comes on if the door is open. Help?

 

Have you checked your fuses yet? Is anything else not working?

 

definitely a fuse.
or bulbs are in backwards.

 

I would check the fuse first. My dome lights stopped workin all of the sudden one day and my friend had a multimeter type thing so I tested the fuse and it was blown. It only cost me 3 bucks I think at the dealership for a new one.

A fuse..hmm. Would have never thought of that. I'll check that out!

 

fuses should be the very first thing you need to check when an elecrtical problem goes awry.

make sure that gets ingrained into your brain.
