Default double din problems, need help asap

so i was trying to install my panasonic double-din tonight, and its in, but where is the spot on the back for hooking up the pac steering controls? also is there a way to mount it to where the front flab will come down? because the screen hangs out past it. if anyone can give me any help please respond asap...... thanks.

You've got to drill new holes in the OEM mounting bracket to sink the unit further back into the dash.

PAC is pretty good about helping. Did you get the wired unit, or the wireless with the remote transmitter? A specific model number will help me figure out what you should do. I was in a similar situation when I picked up the wired unit for my Clarion. Of course, the model I have doesn't have a wired remote input, so I exchanged it for the wireless PAC-SWIX...and it works great. We mounted the transmitter near the shifter, pointing straight up.

oh ok. ya mine is wired. i have the PAC Accessories SWI-JACK for a panasonic and it doesnt have a spot for the wired as well as for the auxilary or ipod hook up that came stock on the car.
