On my mom's tC, somehow the driver's side sun visor (the thing with the mirror that folds down) broke. It goes down fine but when you go to put it up it doesn't... You have to grab it where the arm is that holds it to the headliner and put your thumb where the arm goes into the visor and then push slowly and then it will close...

Where can I get a replacement besides the dealer???

BTW its an '05
