Default driver's seat problem, please help

hi guys. i have a 2006 scion tC and recently i've been having issues with the driver's seat. the switch used to let passengers into the rear of the car isn't responding anymore. has anyone experienced this problem? any solutions? will the dealership fix the problem for me free of charge? please let me know soon. thanks guys.

if you still within your 3 year/36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty, then yes.

if it was the same problem i had(my passenger seat), try unbolting your seat, check the side closest to the passenger(for you), and you should see a rod bent at the tip and a black plastic locking thing as seen below:
mine wasn't inserted into the hole, so just re-insert it...remember, mine was the passenger seat, so yours is going to be a mirror image...i hope this helps...
