easy question: how to remove license plate bulbs?

Default easy question: how to remove license plate bulbs?
I looked at them from under the hatch for a bit and it didnt look like there was a way to pop em out.. and I didn't see anything doing a search. I'm sure someone knows the answer to this one. I have a 2006 tC

Most likely you remove them from inside the hatch. the panel probably pops off and you access the lights from there...

reomve the panel on the inside of your hatch and use a pair of pliars and GENTLY twist them and they should come out, twist to hard and you will break the mounts

and make sure u twist counter clockwise.

i took a pair of pliars and put electrical tape on the ends so i would not scratch anything.
