Default Eclipse AVN6600

Im thinking about buying this...is it the best double din DVD/NAV?

Ipod interface and user friendliness is very important to me.

Also does it plug and play easily with the steering wheel controls/OEM bazooka sub? and the flipdoor will close ok?

thx

its one of the better ones out there.... the best would be the Pioneer AVIC-Z1 thats the best double din dvd/nav on the market right now.... The eclipse does plug and play easily but I think you might need to buy an adapter for the steering wheel controls not too sure tho....

I got the AVN6600 and I love it. Great menus and navigation, don't have the IPOD interface but I am sure it is awesome. and yes the door will close if you mod the stock brackets. And loose the bazooka sub, from experience we so totally got ripped by scion, with this P.O.S. if you want some bass go aftermarket, an 8 or a 10 and it won't take up much more room than the bazooka does now. Just my $0.02
