Factory sub recarpet

Has anyone painted or redone their factory box. The reason that i am asking is because my carpet on my box is coming off and i want to redo it. Any suggestions welcome.

Shouldn't it have the same 3 year 36k waranty as the rest of the car, make the dealership replace it. And just for thought, does anyone know where I can get a carpet to match the scion carpet???
