Default Front Speaker install front left doesn't work and Passenger window doesn't work..

I tried to install a set of coaxials and tweeters in my 2010 Scion tC I've done stereo work before but it's been a while the front driver side went perfectly fine passenger side there was no sound I was using aftermarket adapter plugs the speakers I chop those sliced into the wires still nothing I try to spice into the Tweeter wires and they didn't work so I put it back together and still nothing it's late at night so I put everything back together to call it a night and we try tomorrow and the passenger window don't work from the driver side door it works on the passenger door but not driver side I don't know what I've done or
I know is I slice into wires I cut into the Tweeter wire to try to wire it up I followed what it said online but there's four wires I didn't know which ones I cut into and me being impatient and being stupid just cutting some wires put it all back together and it's not working. I fixed the windows by resetting them, so all that's left is the speaker issue. Eventually I'm going to hook up my 5 channel amp. When I tie the front speaker wires to the rear behind the dash and then run wires from the rear speaker and factory wire to the amp, is there going to be issues. Any help is really appreciated. I feel like a loser that can't install a stereo. I've been having so much bad luck lately I really wish I could afford to pay someone, but money is tight.

Please help me I don't know what to do.

Don't run front-speaker off rear-speaker output, you can overdrive your amp and overheat it. And you lose fader adjustment.

Do you have manual with wiring-diagram?

Best to restore back to 100% bone stock configuration. Remove EVERYTHING you installed and put stock stereo and speakers back in! You most likely got wires between windows and speakers mixed up. Using wiring-diagram, identify every single wire going into door by colour and verify it goes into door and connects at destination properly, i.e, window-ground, window-power wires end at window-motor. Then speaker+, speaker- wires end at speaker. Make sure windows and factory-stereo and speakers works before continuing.

1. Now, install aftermarket speakers first and make sure everything works with factory stereo.
2. Only 2 wires per speaker, disconnect from factory speaker, plug into replacement aftermarket speaker.
3. Only touch 2-wires that connect to factory speaker, nothing else!!!
4. Finally last step, install stereo next using adapter harness.

These are only 2-wires you want to touch. No cutting, no crimping nothing! Just unplug from factory speaker and plug into new one:

When I talk about tying the wires together, I mean in the dash so the front speaker wired to the factory wires are tied into the factory rear, so the wire run for the amp I'm installing are in the rear using the factory wires saving me from running wires from the front speakers all the way to the rear. I have some install experience, I just have no idea why the front passenger speaker isn't working. I tried using a aftermarket speaker adapter at first, then just cut the plug and hardwired it. I might've tapped the wrong tweeter wires (in fact I'm pretty sure I did) because there's 4 wires on the factory plug that goes into the tweeter. So in the end, I just put the factory tweeter plug back to stock, and ran it to the 6.5" wire. It was late at night after I got off work so I just put it back together. I'm going to mess with it again tonight. Going to try to put the factory speaker back in, test for ohm level behind the stereo too see if I have connectivity or not. A stereo shop owner I know I'm another state things I might've fried a I chip in the deck or amp. I don't know how being that no wire ever touched metal to my knowledge. I'm the end I'm installing am amp, so as long as I have connectivity I guess I'm fine, just not quite ready to do the install. Not sure how hard it'll be to run 4 ga wire though the firewall. Love this car, so much I want to do, but I know I'm behind on the times. Would love to do the cluster led change, but that's beyond my level and I have no idea who'd do it.

Just take your time, don't rush things and it'll work out.
Focus on one wire at a time and don't get distracted.

RightSpeaker+ trace that and plug it in where it needs to go
RightSpeaker- trace that and plug in proper location
etc.
etc.
etc.

Make sure each wire is connected to proper destination before moving onto next. Before you know it, it's done!

Nevermind, I figured it out and resolved the issue. Next step replace rear speakers, upgrade front coaxials to a decent set of components. I prefer Kicker, or Boston Pro, but it's been since the really 2000's since I've been in to audio equipment, so I really have no idea what is good. I know I prefer titanium dome tweeters. I don't shop at the audio shops near me because I hate this city. Shreveport Louisiana is like the United States gutter. I'll check with my friends in Florida that owns shops. Anyways, thanks for the advice and replies!
