Default HELP gauge lighting not working!!

the lighting for the gauges (speedometer, tach, etc) is all the stock amber lighting but it's not turning on when I turn my headlights on.

the blinkers, warning lights and all that still work but for some reason the gauges don't light up making it impossible to see them at night.

is it possible that the dealership could have screwed it up when they made me a spare key (disconnected the negative from the battery???)??

otherwise all that I've done is gotten an oil change

please I need your help ASAP thanks a ton

It's possible, check the fuse to see if any of them are blown.
