Help hooking up subs to the stock HU

Help hooking up subs to the stock HU
So I have 2 JL 12'' W3's and an amp and I've got the stock pioneer head unit (withiPod thingy ) Do you need to get a certain wiring harness like the bazooka one to hook up subs to it? Or what do you have to do? pleeeease help I want to install them this weekend for the triathlon
