well. when u put that good of a system in its worthless to have the stock deck. yeah u can keep it and put a 1500 dollar stereo in it. but jesus at least take 200-300 and get a decent aftermarket one it helps. believe me

replacing deck has a HUGE impact on system, especially if your running amps like most people with big systems. Ive had stock HU with amp (sucks), Pioneer HU, 2v preout with ampS (nice), Eclipse HU, 5v preout with ampS (very nice). The quality in HU and the signal that it sends to the amps can make or break a system and be the difference b/w a good and great system.

finally got the eclipse tv's
and got them installed it wasnt easy though considering they barely fit in the stock tc headrest because they are 7 inch screens. Im actually using a spare set of headrests from a friends crashed tc to install them but i defenitly need to fix it because when u move the seat back fast and lock it in place sometimes they fall out and are held on by the wire
good luck

huge crossovers pain in the but to mount but well worth it
but cant really handle the power put out by the kicker zx650.4 which it was being run off of.

you must of had a lot of distortion or bad equipment, b/c i have my sr's run off of a kicker zx 350.2 which puts out a little more than the zx650.4 a channel, unless you had it bridged to them

i will post pics maybee soon but they were mounted on the opposite side of the door as the mids. i had to cut the foam out of the back of the door. and then fully dynamated my doors, they fit perfectly, i also have my 2 kicker amps and monster cap under the rear floor where the foam peices are, i am looking to get another set of sr's for the kick pannels and another kicker 350.2 maybee the next size bigger and put all 3 amps somewhere else

Here is mine... I would do the deck first. Go to www.tccustomz.com for a fiberglass enclosure. I got mine from them for $230 shipped!

tccustoms has nice ****. they just didnt make an enclosure for a single Kicker S10L7. they said they could cutom make one for $250+...

I ended up mimicing their style and making my own. but with the amount of time and money I spent on materials, prob would've been easier to just buy one from them

but my enclosure came out good, just not as professional looking as theirs

Replacing the deck has the least impact on performance. Many decks would be a lateral move at best.
i highly disagree. the deck has a HUGE HUGE HUGE impact on the way the sound comes out. as i say you always get what you spend, the more flexible your sound is, the better.

i have a single CVR12 and this thing kicks. so im almost even scared to hear this. lol. but yeahi also say get a GOOD deck first, setting your system for the stock stuff is barely touching the potential of the kicker stuff.
