Default Has anyone's OBX pedal covers popped off?

I know it was probably my fault... I found my throttle pedal cover slightly ajar one morning, and I took it off. I'm glad I happened to notice it then before it popped off and got stuck somewhere, like under the brake pedal or something

I still remember spending a huge amount of time and a lot of effort and just crazy work getting those things on... I guess I may have left one edge slightly ajar and it slowly worked its way loose over all this time.

This ever happened to anyone else? I still haven't put it back on yet, maybe I'll try to convince someone I have four pedals, a true dual-clutch manual transmission

wet the inside of the pedal with soapy water, this should help you slip the cover on.

I just put mine on a week ago, but I think they'd stay on real good since it's a PIA to get it on there. But I definitely had to go at it a couple of times to make sure it was put on right.

Try using a paper clip it helps... one of those bigger stronger ones.

if you notice though...both the brake and the clutch pedal go on perfectly fine and cover around the metal part of the pedals...but the gas pedal, well it's a little different. There's no rubber piece that you're replacing and it will never quite be on there as good as the others because it is not large enough...i keep waiting for mine to pop off
