Default HVAC GAP PROBLEMS SOME1 PLEASE HELP

ok so i installed an eclipse avn5500 i drilled the holes back on the stock harness ok losg story short when i re-assembled the hvac theres just gaps on the top of it and the right side of it. its not flush any more. i checked to see if there was anything blocking this or casuing it (wires, etc) nothing just a gap maylike a quater of an inch can some1 help?

you took apart your hvac to install a stereo?

drilled the brackets you mean... don't think you would want to drill into wires...

and are you talking about gaps around the stereo?

you're not making any sense.

sorry i typed it up real fast at work im talking about around the hvac itslef not the stereo like on the right side near the glove box theres a small gap like it doesnt fit in like it supposed to anymore

the hvac is your heat, air, and vent control.

unless you unscrewed anything you're not talking about that... if it's just about the center console piece itself... well then... i would try reinstalling it..

if you have more issues.. take some pictures.

yea i think im going to ok soo yea the whole center console that has a gap where it meets the actual dash itself i tried reinstalling it same problem

uhm... i just bang on mine.. and it clicks back in...
but there might be something blocking, you might have to examine it closer

don't know what to tell you but just use trial and error...

as an update i drilled new holes in the harness n pushed my navigation back sits fine now thanks for evry1s help
