That's awesome man! I'm still working kinks out of my system, but hopefully I can get it together soon

What plastic door card are you talking about though? And also, when you swapped your 7800 for the 880, did you have to re-wire anything of was it just the same harness and you just swapped over the cables from one to the other?

by plastic door card i just mean the whole plastic door piece. i keep getting some minor but noticeable buzzing from it.

yes the 880 was a direct swap, same wiring and everything. i took the old one out and had had the new one in in about 15 minutes.

Awesome, I won't be upgrading for quite a while (6 months or so) but it's good to know that another Pioneer should be a direct swap!

yup, it was pretty sweet. i was kind of expecting it to just be a direct swap but wasn't 100% sure until i went to put it in. i would think that most companies would try to make things simpler and all use the same plug, and i guess Pioneer was smart about it.
