Default I might get flamed for this (NEW pics!)

but i decided to change out the inserts on my floor mats for shows. I had them done in the same silver leather as the seats. I wouldn't use these while i'm driving but i thought this would flow nicely with the rest of the interior. What do you think? Yes...no? The crease you see will go away with some heat. I'll take pics of them in the car when i get it back from PTUNING. It's getting a tune and Ingalls engine damper.

I did this for my own curiosity

So do you put it on top of stock insert or you dont use the stock insert? How stiff is that new insert? I just want to make sure I get the right one if I get one.

i love everything to be in leather, seats, armrests, shift ****, steering wheel, radio, cd player, pedals, all switches and buttons, all leather!

in time, you notice that the leather becomes un to that which is like a second layer of skin.

They look pretty cool, but a little plain. I think it would look cool if there was maybe just some stitching as an outline where the original rubber square was. Great idea for the shows though.

Yeah, the leather inserts pull out just like the carpet ones. When i get to a show, all i have to do is swap them out and do the same at the end of the show.

I thought about doing some type of stitching in it but i am using these as a test. I like the way they came out so now i have to think of something to stitch in them.

The material is nice and...cushy, very easy to work with.

I just got my car back from PTUNING and the car feels great. Running 246WHP with 7PSI. The damper makes all the difference in the world, it feels so much better. So, now that i have the car back, here are the floor mats and some others too.

sexxxxxyyyyyyyyyy You have not answered my question, does this leather go on the top of the stock insert or do you take off the stock insert? How thick is this material you are putting? I want to do something similar. I think if you put emlem on it, it will make it even better bro.

It is a replacement insert...same thickness as the carpet ones.

I'm thinking about putting my "SE" club logo on it...not sure yet!
