im a big guy when it comes to a mistake so for me mesing up the bracket, id kill myself
id get all hot inside then go watch entourage or something for a while

idk i think were orange county #1, New York did join the United States before California

Lol, true... do you have anymore orange groves left? Everything is being overdeveloped here, and all the orange groves and strawberry fields are disappearing.

Now we have to get oranges from Flowruduh...

its interesting, we only do apples really....... well and onions a couple towns away from me with the black dirt but i do wish we have some oranges

you know maybe i could recess the player back so the cover could close but i was wondering if anybody has any photos of how they did theirs. Then maybe ill agree to try and do it on my own

Yea, you have to recess the radio back a lot. I should have taken some pics. I'll get some when my customer comes back (they are getting more stuff later).

i just re drilled the factory brackets and it works the cover closes now nxt week its time for the tCover plus im going to HIN 2night so thats gonna b sweet

I moved the bracket forward, and that worked.

Nice looking HU. But with recessing the unit and installing the motorized cover, wouldn't something hit? I was thinking of doing this, but I don't know where the tCover would be able to fit in...did you take pics while you were installing it?

no everything worked though, nothing hit after i redrilled the moutning bracket

Why can't people understand that you can not mess this up, all you do is drill where the dimples are on the left and right bracket!!! PLAIN AND SIMPLE and BOOM the cover closes!!! Amazing that this continues to be repeated and a continued issue with new installs.
