yea, i was looking to do what the op wants and do red and white. I wanted the gauge cluster like 1st example pic you posted. For there radio I was going to do either red or white.

 

I didn't know there was a Feedback thread, I will make sure to go there and bash you further...

For that radio, there is two LED for every button...
So that you can switch from amber or blue..
You can either mix and match two tone color for Amber mode and have another set of other mix of coors for Blue mode..
You can go back and forth on it...
