connect the line out converter to the front speakers coming from the head unit, then you can either run wires directly to the speakers in the doors or run them back to the back of the head unit cut the front speaker wires after your connections to the line out and connect your speaker wires from the amp to the factory speaker wires going to the doors.

first of all why in the hell would you use a line out converter to get your rca input... the sound is going to be terrible. go out a buy a head unit for a hundred bucks or so and it will have pre-amp outputs

second - check the settings on the amp... if you have the gain turned all the way down then there will be no power output from the amp

third - grab a multimeter and check the signal from the rca cables to the amp... if there is no voltage running through the rca cables then there is no signal running to the amp for it to amplify

fourth - use the mulimeter again to check the voltage of the speaker wire from the amp and see if the amp is even producing any power

Bad thing is my $200 CDT's don't sound as near good as the factory speakers did. That was a nice waste of money and time

Not trying to be a dick but you don't know what you are talking about. First off line out converters aren't all that bad. The common person probably wouldn't even notice. Second even with the gain all the way down on the amp there will still be output. The gain is not a volume control it is the input sensitivity that is supposed to be matched to the output voltage from the source unit.
