Default loose part in back/inside of car?

I honestly dont know where the sound is comming from but when i turn and hit a bump it sounds like something is loose ... like a screw ...maybe from the sunroof? ....whats the chance of this?

This is happening to me as well, only because I was trying to replace my rear sway bar, but the end links wouldnt unscrew, they kept spinning on themself, tried to tighten it, but wouldnt tighten either. Now it jiggles when I turn or hit a bump, lol.

Probably isnt what is making noise in yours, but you never know.

I also have this problem on my TC. I haven't modified anything and is really annoying, is as if something is lose in the trunk and skeaks, I tink is a defect from the factory but no 1 is speaking about it.

well - I am getting my car back tomorrow (hopefully) and it turns out that they are replacing the back glass of my car. My whole roof has already been replaced and the back glass is pretty much the last piece. I think this is/was one of the problems but I have taken my car back 2 times since my post on 4/5.

see if the inside of the hatch is loose. the push pins near the latch were not put in right on mine. 1 was just bouncing around not attacted to anything and the other was in the inside plastic part but not connected to the metal outside part.

If I had to guess - I have had about $3,500 of warranty work done to my roof so far. Tomorrow I will prob be able to add atleast another $500 to that number. I just want the darn thing fixed ........ thats all i care about. I can honestly look past the last 5 times I brought the car in if one time it finally gets fixed.

Is there a good post that you know of that explains how to take the roof apart? I only have 10k left on my warranty and i know I will eventually have to look into fixing this horrible problem myself.

My whole car has 2-3 layers of RAAMatt - the difference was night and day. When I hit a bump now it makes a thud instead of a bang. Anyway - let me know if you find out anything interesting in taking things apart. It would help me in the future. thanks.

removing the headliner is a pain in the **** and getting it back in correctly is even worse. I have done it and did the edead thing up there...really didn't do much. It quieted the plastic ribs from knocking, but the glass noises of course don't go away.
