ok so i have 2 diamond 12s in my tc and my door panels and hatch are dyno matted but more and more rattles are starting to pop up. they sound like they are coming from the roof and maybe the side curtain airbags. so does anyone kno the common areas of rattling and any easy fixes for them? thanks

 

type hatch rattle fix into the search bar and there's a DIY on how to fix that rattle. as for the airbag one, i dont know. I dont have the side airbags in my car :-(

 

well I know how you Feel my car has over 100SQ feet of Dynamat in my car an still rattles-- I have 4 10's in my car-- everything rattles-- I gave up on trying to fix it- I dont care if it rattles cause it sounds good on the inside--

 

heh, you can't do much about that... any high powered system I've had made any car rattle. There's no way around that. In all honesty subs will make your molding undone, plastic will start to rattle, that's normal. heh GET LOWER POWER SUBS

 

well i figured it would rattle when the subs are on but its to the point now that its rattling when ever i hit a bump in the road

 

its called too much bass for a 2 door hatch. 4 10's is just bass nothing else why not just stick 3 12w7's in the hatch

 

If you are rattling whenever you go over a bumb its time to take it into the dealership. My car currently is sitting at the dealer with the sunroof completely out and the trunk torn apart. They are doing two TSB's on the roof and spot welding a rivet in the back

 

i show my car an it is loud but I dont care if it rattles-- there is pics on my profile an all over scionlife also-- but I have 2 more shows an I am done showing my car cause I am buying a truck an that will be my next toy--

 

hmm, my car rattles like crazy too. but i blame the beast in the trunk..(a 13w7) lol
