thats just the cover for your shift lock. If you ever need to put your car in neutral without the key, you pop that out and push down the button inside. I cant find the part number, but hope I pointed you in the right direction.

What do u need the part # for?

Print your picture out and take it to toyota service dept and they can look it up for you. I lost a bolt when installing sway bars and I was able to take it to the dealership where a tech came out, looked the bottom of the car and then order the missing bolt for me.

Dude the Toyota parts counter will take 20 mins to find that little thing. Please find a part #. If you dont live far from a Toyota dealer, it may be worth a shot to just go on it.

You didn't circle it, you squared it.

StatuSCheckA not all parts counters will take 20 mins to find it.
