Default Need Electrical Help? Would this cause problems?

Ok guys I recently installed me a Vector 350 watt inverter(VEC061) and ps2 slimline in my car. I have the inverter under the pass. seat and plugged in the power point in the center console. Well this cause too much power to be drawn and melt the plastic like I have heard some xboxs do to people's cars? If so could I hook the invertor up to my distro block for my amps for my system. I currently have 0awg ran to dual 4awg for the amps, so I could easily power my inverter i would think having such a larger diameter power cable. My main concern is will there be noise due to being hooked up inline with the amps? Need help fast, because tomorrow I was planning on reinstalling my power inverter and power switch and I need to know where I would mount them before I start so please help if you know anything. Thanks Cory

If you're not hearing any noise from you amps now, I wouldn't expect adding these additional components to the distribution blocks to introduce any. It's possible but not probable, so go for it.

i'd say go ahead and do it. if you have everything installed right, there's no reason that you should get noise. If you get noise, you could always take it off. Or you could get an isolation transformer that can handle the current draw of the ps2 and inverter.
