lol.. uh oh...... thats gonna be hard... what i can think of is probably going under the center console and see if theres some way u can push it back out.. magnet was my first thought but its gonna be hard getting it since its not gonna be strong enough to pull the thing out

its actually just a snap on snap off... this is for installing the short shifter, but it shows u how to take off ur center console cause u gotta do that to install a short shifter anyways..

To pop off the console the part around the shifter that goes up the waterfall needs pulled up and back to come off...then the compartment arm rest has two screws in the bottom.....there are two more screws behind the waterfall and once you take them off remove al the wires in the console and it comes right out...

ok. so i jus got pwned by a phone jack. the other day. apparently it broke inside my aux port.

so im like aw ____. what to do? well. lets began.

first off. i had to twist off my shift ****. and put the gear onto neutral so you can take off the center console

unlike the other link, yall sent me earlier, i dint have to unplug anything. wires etc.

then, i took off the cup holder. was a lil tight. but i managed. pulling from the front end. and bottom side corners

then i noticed two wires going towards the arm rest. the left one is the car power outlet, and the right one is the AUX outlet.

view from inside the arm rest. no u dont have to take out the bottom cover of the arm rest.

this is what it should look like under the center console connecting to the arm rest

ok. i did it the hard way. but imma show u the easy way to take out the aux port. first unplug the gray clip that connects to the board

now push the board forward, until it pops out inside the arm rest

ok now that u got the board out of the socket. pull out the green circuit board out of the black casing

pop out the black cover wit a small screw driver

now push out the lil silver metal plate so u can fit the screwdriver in the hole

push out the broken piece of plug

and voila. fixed.

something soo small can cause soo much mess. oy.
