I want to hook up my Laptop in my car and I was wondering if anyone has done this. I want to start learning how to use my laptop to tune and give me readings of what is wrong with my car. Can anyone point me in the right direction for this to happen? I also need to find a stand to mount my computer at. Does anyone know where i can get one at? Thanks

i'd recommend a dc to ac power invertor like what i used to have. that way the computer can stay fully charged the entire time your using it, even on long trips

unfortunately no, i just use a textbook in the passenger seat :-/

 

you can probably get some kinda laptop mount thing at bestbuy or something, like one of those things that hold it in place on desks and stuff.. problem is.. youd still have to mount it to to the car.. probably would need to prefab something

 

That's what i figured. Looks like i will be using a textbook for now.
