Default Sound Deadening Part II (w/pics)

Well this weekend I decided to continue on with project sound deadening. Two weeks ago I did the doors. This weekend I did the floor of the tc from the back seats to the fire wall. I used one roll of raamat (62.5 ft). Next weekend will be round three, the hatch area. By the time I finish, there will be 187.5 ft of raamat in my car!
Anyways, On to the pics...

After Ripping out the interior...

After putting in the raamat...

After putting down the ensolite...

And the stock sound deadner...

It was pretty easy to do, just a huge pain in the a$$. It was very much worth it though! Hopefully next weekend I can finish the hatch and then I will finally be finished!

It took me about 7 hours from start to finish. That includes taking everything apart and putting everything back together. You can see the mess of wires on the passenger side that I had to hook back up!

Its hard to tell from the pics...how thick is the finished product? Any resistance on the carpet going back in?

Its not very thick, I put about 2-3 layers on. I didn't have to much of a problem putting the carpet on over it. I put the stock sound deadener back in there on top of the raamat and everything still fit fine.

I think each roll weighs about 25 lbs. So by the time I am done it will be about 75lbs... plus the weight of the system
